There is never a guarantee that your application will be accepted or funded, no matter how well-written. Should you ever be told by prospective grant-writers that they can guarantee your application will be funded, walk away from them immediately. There are many factors that are considered by funding sources in determining which organization is granted the award, and no one can predict which proposal will be funded.
